Asfert 2 is an NPK fertilizer with an increased nitrogen content and is intended for the nutrition of various plant species, in the open field and in a protected area.
Numerous physiological and biochemical processes in plants depend on nitrogen content. As a building element, nitrogen participates in the construction of proteins, nucleic acids, chlorophyll and enzymes.
Asfert 2 is applied in the period of the plant’s greatest need for nitrogen, namely in the phase of intensive growth, formation of leaves, flowers and fruits. Since nitrogen does not create permanent reserves in the soil, as a result of precipitation and the lowering of soil moisture, nitrogen is lowered into deeper layers.
The application of Asfert 2 fertilizer in the growth stages of the vegetative mass promotes the growth of roots, trees, leaf surface, increases the resistance of plants in unfavorable conditions of the external environment and due to diseases.
Optimum plant supply with nitrogen is a prerequisite for achieving high quality and yield of plants.
Nutrition of plants: for complete nutrition of plants through the soil (fertigation), quantities of 50-250 kg/ha can be recommended, with the fact that the soil substrate has been brought to a state of optimal fertility by conventional fertilization.
In the case of programmed use through irrigation water (fertigation), the application amount of this fertilizer is introduced with a solution of concentration up to 0.1%, and foliar with a solution of concentration 0.3–0.5%.
Time of application: in the phases of intensive development of the vegetative mass of plants.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
By programmed application of the required amounts of fertilizer through water for watering the entire surface or locally (watering “drop by drop”), and foliar, in combination or without combination with appropriate protective agents. In the case of foliar application with protective agents, the rule of dissolution should be followed: water – fertilizer – protective agent.
The number of treatments during the year depends on the requirements of the cultivated plants, soil composition, substrate and proposed methods of application, which usually means several times during the year.
