Cultivation guidelines:
For best results, pre-soak the beetroot seeds. It is best to use a soil bed for this microgreen. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil. If you decide not to cover the seeds, cover them with a damp paper towel and continue to moisten them frequently, until the seeds germinate and take root. This provides ideal conditions for germination. Prepare the potting soil by pressing it down and keeping it moist. Keep the soil moist enough, but not soggy, as this could lead to rotting. Keep the tray covered and shaded for up to 5 days.
After that, expose it to artificial or natural light, until it ripens! Cut the plant near the soil line to get the entire red stem.
Harvest 12-23 days
