Coriander microherbs are best grown in the ground. The germination of this microgreen is unusual – sometimes sprouts appear in about a week, and some seeds take longer. Arm yourself with patience. Coriander microgreens grow slowly and prefer cooler temperatures (below 21 degrees C), especially during germination. Experiment, place the trays at different temperatures.
