Arugula micro herbs are easy to grow. It grows quickly, is a favorite and is usually considered a basic spicy addition to microgreens and baby salads. The spicy taste becomes less intense as the herb grows.
Arugula microgreens are excellent for maintaining healthy and strong bones. It has the same amount of calcium as spinach. The advantage of arugula microherbs compared to spinach is that it contains a much smaller amount of oxalates that prevent the complete absorption of calcium.
Moisten the soil, compact it and spread the rocket seeds evenly over the surface of the soil. Cover for 1-2 days. After two days, uncover and place under direct light or place in a place with enough indirect light. Be sure to move the microcrops to prevent the greens from bending towards the light and becoming distorted. Pick it when the appearance and taste suit you. So, start sampling plants when the first set of leaves form to determine the best time to cut them!
