Description

Be part of a tradition and grow one of the best French varieties of carrots, over 100 years old. Produce them not only for that, but also for their beautiful cylindrical shape, smooth surface, juicy and crunchy texture, and sweet flavor. Sow them in March for early production, June for late, and when they ripen, pull up 15-16 cm-long, 2-3 cm-wide roots with small cores. Make sure that your soil is loose, soft, and moist, and you’ll unearth even larger specimens. Enjoy their carotene, either fresh or pickled.
