Dugi zeleni

Description

On this robust plant, resistant to many diseases and covered with plentiful male flowers, you’ll find among its large leaves the green fruits, around 40 cm long, with fewer seeds and a lightly bumpy surface. Salads are incomplete without these aromatic, juicy, and super tasty cucumbers. Water them regularly and harvest while they’re elegant. Organize a local competition and don’t pay attention to the name – Chinese Long or Dugi Zeleni – but slice them and enrich your salads.
