You’ll pick this slicing cucumber early, up to 20 times per season, if you grow it on a trellis in the greenhouse. The young, dark green, bumpy fruits of around 200 g abound with juiciness, and the plants, naturally resistant to many diseases, abound with fruit – several per node. Collect them regularly while they’re nice and proportional, or even when they’ve grown past their target size, since they retain their juiciness. Note this hybrid’s high dry matter content, which results in higher potassium and vitamin C levels.
