Description

The smooth fruits of this Beth Alpha type parthenocarpic slicing hybrid cucumber grow fast because they’re seedless. That’s why you’ll pick them just 7-10 days after the flowers open, which does not require pollination. You’ll count 2-3 flowers on each node, or 20-25 flowers on the whole plant, from which sweet and juicy, 12-15 cm-long fruits will grow. At the end of the season you’ll get 4-5 kg per plant. Grow it by the Nile or Morava – wherever it is, it’ll give you a high yield, even in the second and third plantings. Grow it with no other cucumbers around, and you’ll get seedless fruits especially adored by kids.
