Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with consumer protection laws of the Republic of Serbia.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging and all accompanying documentation.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds for online card payments will be issued exclusively to the same card used for the original transaction, in accordance with the rules of the card organizations and the ChipCard/Payten payment system.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
