Pea microgreens are the most popular microgreens! The tendrils (curls, curls) give a unique texture, while the stalks have the same crispiness and sweet taste as the fruit of a pea.
Pea plants usually have a very developed root system, which is why they are primarily grown in the ground. Soak the seeds in cold water for 4-6 hours. Be sure to use plenty of water and a large container, as peas absorb large amounts of water. You can plant directly, but we recommend that you transfer the seeds to a colander. Rinse it and squeeze it 2-4 times a day for another day or two, until the shoots start to stick out. Gently press the soil, trying to get a flat surface. Spread the seeds evenly (sowing should be quite dense) and press very gently to ensure contact with the soil. Moisturize thoroughly twice a day. Put the tinted lid on and keep it like that for another 2-3 days before exposing it to light. Water once a day so that the soil is moist but not wet.
Micro green peas can help with diabetes, prevent cancer and maintain good heart health. It has many antioxidants and phytonutrients necessary to strengthen the immune system.
