Cabbage seeds are easy to grow as a microgreen. It grows quickly both in soil and in hydroponic beds. If you are growing cabbage sprouts in soil, tamp and moisten the soil before spreading the seeds on its surface. You can cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil – this will keep the seeds moist longer, and you can also let the seeds germinate on the surface, without covering them with soil. Keep a tinted cover over the bed for the first 3 days. The fresh green color makes this microgreen a garnish or a good base for any salad. It has a very mild and gentle taste, similar to cabbage, only more beautiful.
